(1) Freeze frame data will not be stored in the ECM for the knock sensor. The MIL will not light for a knock sensor malfunction.
(2) In case of the diagnostic item, the freeze frame data will not be stored in the ECM. This diagnosis does not have 2 trip detection logic, and will not light up the MIL.
(3) See appropriate ELECTRONIC CONTROLS article in AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS section for test procedures.
(4) MIL DTC is not available.
