Verify customer's complaint. Begin LAN communication diagnosis. See DIAGNOSTICS USING INDICATOR LIGHTS or NISSAN CONSULT DIAGNOSTICS . If self-diagnostic results are present, repair as necessary and retest. See DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
