Multi-Remote Control Systems: Operation

When lock button on remote controller is pressed, all doors lock, anti-theft system is activated and hazard lights flash twice. When unlock button on remote controller is pressed once, driver's door unlocks, anti-theft system is disabled and interior light illuminates for 30 seconds. If unlock button is pressed again within 3 seconds, all other doors will be unlocked. When trunk release button on remote controller is pressed for more than .5 second, trunk lid latch is released.

When panic alarm button is pressed for longer than 1.5 seconds, anti-theft alarm will sound for 30 seconds, then reset. To turn anti-theft alarm off, press lock, unlock or trunk release button on remote controller, or push panic button on remote controller for longer than 1.5 seconds.
