Ignition Switch (Start Signal)

On Q45, measure voltage between ground and PCM harness connector terminal No. 80 by backprobing. See Figure. On G20 and I30, measure voltage between ground and PCM harness connector terminal No. 20 by backprobing. See Figure or Figure . On all models, battery voltage should exist when ignition switch is in START position. If voltage is not as specified, repair ignition switch or circuit. See appropriate diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
