Fuel Pump

Disconnect fuel pump harness connector. For location, see FUEL PUMP HARNESS CONNECTOR LOCATIONS  table. On Frontier 4-cylinder, measure resistance between fuel pump connector terminals P1 and P2. See Fig 1. On Quest, measure resistance between fuel pump connector terminals No. 2 and 3. See Fig 2. On all models except Frontier 4-cylinder and Quest, measure resistance between fuel pump 2-pin connector terminals. On all models, resistance should be 0.2-5.0 ohms at 77°F (25°C). Replace fuel pump if resistance is not as specified.
