Intake Air Temperature Sensor

  1. Check resistance between mass air flow sensor terminals 5 and 6 under the following conditions.
    STEP 1 THERMISTOR SPECIFICATIONS

    Intake Air Temperature Resistance
    77° F (25° C) 1.9-2.1 Kohm

    For thermistor specifications in graph format, see Figure .

  2. If NG, replace mass air flow sensor (with intake air temperature sensor).

    For mass air flow sensor & intake air temperature sensor location, see Figure and Figure .
