DTC Confirmation Procedure: Notes

NOTE:
  • If DTC P0442 is displayed with P1448, perform trouble diagnosis for DTC P1448 first (see DTC P1448 EVAP CANISTER VENT CONTROL VALVE  ).
  • If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.
  • Make sure that EVAP hoses are connected to EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve properly.
