With CONSULT-II

Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
Perform "VIAS SOL VALVE" in "ACTIVE TEST" mode with CONSULT-II.
Turn VIAS control solenoid valve "ON" and "OFF", and make sure that power valve actuator rod moves.
