Work Procedure (Group A)

- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check permanent DTC. Refer to
"DIAGNOSIS DESCRIPTION ".
- Perform "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" for DTCs which are the same as permanent DTCs stored in ECM.
- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check permanent DTC. Refer to
"DIAGNOSIS DESCRIPTION ".
- Check that the permanent DTCs have been erased.
