Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION
1. Use CONSULT-III to perform Active Test ("HORN").
2. Touch "ON" to check that it works normally.
  Is the operation normal?
  
  YES: Horn function is OK.
  
  NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
