Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION

Select "KEY CYL SW-TR" in "Data Monitor" mode of "THEFT ALM" of "BCM" using CONSULT.

Check the indication under the following conditions.

Monitor item	Condition		Indication
KEY CYL SW-TR	Trunk key cylinder switch	Off position	OF
KEY CYL SW-TR	Trunk key cylinder switch	On (Trunk lid open) position	OFF

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: Trunk key cylinder switch is OK.

NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
