Component Inspection

CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect front door lock assembly (driver side) (key cylinder switch) connector.
Check front door lock assembly (driver side) (key cylinder switch) terminals under the following conditions.

Front door lock assembly (driver side) (key cylinder switch)		Key position	Continuity
Terminal
5	4	Unlock	Existed
		Neutral / Lock	Not existed
6		Lock	Existed
		Neutral / Unlock	Not existed

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

Replace front door lock assembly (driver side) (key cylinder switch).
