Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK DTC WITH RIGHT FRONT DOOR CONTROL UNIT
Check that DTC is not detected with right front door control unit. Refer to DTC INDEX .
Is DTC detected?
YES
Perform diagnosis procedure on the detected DTC. Refer to DTC INDEX .
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW SWITCH (PASSENGER SIDE)
Check front power window switch (passenger side).
Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW MOTOR (PASSENGER SIDE)
Check front power window motor (passenger side).
Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 4 .
NO
Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
- REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW MOTOR (PASSENGER SIDE)
Replace front power window motor (passenger side).
Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 5 .
NO
Replace right front door control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Check intermittent incident. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
NO
GO TO STEP 1 .
