Removal and Installation: Installation
Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
- Never apply excessive impact to electronic stability program control unit, such as by dropping it.
- Never reuse electronic stability program control unit mounting bolt.
- Install electronic stability program control unit harness connector
, follow the procedure described below.
CAUTION:- The following procedure for installing the electronic stability program control unit harness connector must be followed. Otherwise, damage may be caused to the locking mechanism.
- Never touch, deform or damage electronic stability program control unit harness connector and of socket on electronic stability program control unit.
- Never allow any foreign objects, dirt or fluids to enter the socket or electronic stability program control unit harness connector. Otherwise, the electronic stability program control unit will be damaged and malfunction.
- Push the pawl

- Move the lever
in the direction
by approx. 90 degrees.
CAUTION: Never use tool. - After installing the electronic stability program control unit harness connector CAUTION: Never handle the connector by lever. The lever can otherwise be damaged.
- Perform adjustment after installation. Refer to Adjustment .
