Removal and Installation: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION: Do not operate the red safety catches in steering column control module. Irreparable damage might be caused to the horn and air bag spiral cable contact.
NOTE:
  • When steering column control module is in the correct installation position, the assembly indicator SYMBOL is retracted.

  • When installing a new steering column control module the transportation lock SYMBOL must be broken off once mounted.
