Oxygen Sensor

This sensor is mounted in the exhaust manifold. An electrical signal is produced, proportional to unburned oxygen in the exhaust gases. The MCU receives the signal from the oxygen sensor. The fuel injection duration rate is then altered by the MCU to provide the proper air/fuel mixture under all engine conditions.
