Trooper II
- Remove the EGR temperature sensor. Place sensor tip in hot water and check resistance across sensor terminals. See EGR TEMPERATURE SWITCH SPECIFICATIONS table. If sensor is not within specifications, replace sensor.
- Check for continuity between ECU harness connector pin No. 26 and Gray wire, pin No. 38 and Black wire, and pin No. 38 and ground. If continuity does not exist in these tests, repair or replace harness.
