Trooper 2.8L

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Loosen fuel tank filler cap to relieve air pressure.
  2. Cover fuel inlet line fitting at throttle body with shop towel. Loosen fitting slowly to release fuel pressure.
  3. Internal constant bleed feature of throttle body releases most fuel pressure when engine is turned off. When fuel stops leaking, tighten fitting. Reconnect negative battery cable.
