Manifold Absolute Pressure (Map) Sensor

MAP sensor is located in left rear corner of engine compartment. To diagnose MAP sensor problem, proceed to CHART C-1D under DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS.

NOTE: A malfunctioning MAP sensor may set Codes 33A and 33B. For additional sensor testing procedures, see appropriate TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
