Diagnostic Aids

If a Code 42 was stored and hard start problem occurs, problem is probably a grounded EST line (circuit No. D5). For intermittent inspection, see INTERMITTENTS in TESTS W/O CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
