Circuit Operation

The engine control module (ECM) receives inputs from switches and sensors, and controls the functions of transmission mode. The Transmission control module (TCM) also controls the POWER DRIVE , WINTER DRIVE , A/T OIL TEMP , and CHECK TRANS indicator lights and allows for diagnostic testing through the data link connector, (DLC).
