Control Lever ASM

Installation

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.
1. Adjust the control cable.
- Air source control cable:
- Set the air-source selector lever to the "RECIRC" position on the left.
- Set the blower ASM link (intake door) position to "RECIRC", connect the control cable and fasten it to the lock clamp.

- Temperature control cable:
- Set the temperature control knob to the "COOL" position on the left.
- Set the temperature control link of the heater unit (air mix door) to the "COOL" position, connect the control cable and fasten it to the lock clamp.

- Air selection control cable:
- Set the air selector knob to the "FACE" position.
- Set the mode control link of the heater unit (mode door) to the "FACE" position, connect the control cable and fasten it to the lock clamp.

2. Ensure that the control cable is firmly fastened to the original position at the lock clamp.
3. Check the operation of the control lever ASM.
