Anti-Lock Brake System: Description

The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) incorporates an accumulator, pressure warning switch, Electronic Control Unit (ECU), electric motor, hydraulic brake booster, main valve, master cylinder, pressure switch, pump, a valve block containing 3 pairs of solenoids, one pair for each front brake hydraulic circuit and one pair for rear brakes (one inlet valve and one outlet valve for each circuit), and 4 wheel speed sensors.
