Left front speed sensor failure. ABS ECU recognized speed sensor failure by pressure reduction and wheel response monitoring with vehicle speed less than 25 MPH. Failure can be caused by long-term detection of Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). Check speed sensor ground wire and ABS ECU ground circuit.
