Check Engine Light

In the event of an engine management fault occurring, the "CHECK ENGINE" warning light will be illuminated and the words Check Engine will be displayed on the trip computer until the ignition is switched off. When a fault has been signalled, the likely area responsible for the malfunction can be indicated when the vehicle is stationary.
