Ignition Switch: Removal

Disconnect battery ground. Remove driver's side dash housing. Remove screw securing shroud to fascia and instrument module surround. Loosen screws securing shroud to mounting bracket. Ease shroud clear of its location to gain access to set screw securing switch. Loosen set screw, and then ease switch and associated harness clear. After removing rubber retaining collar, disconnect block connector. Remove switch unit.
