DTC P0113: Intake Air Temperature Sensor

  1. Disconnect MAF sensor harness connector. Measure resistance between MAF sensor harness connector terminals No. 3 (Blue/Purple wire) and No. 4 (Black/Green wire). See Figure. If resistance is less than 100 ohms, replace MAF sensor and retest system. If resistance is 100 ohms or more, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between MAF sensor harness connector terminal No. 3 (Blue/Purple wire) and ground. If battery voltage exists, repair short to voltage and retest system. See WIRING DIAGRAMS article. If battery voltage does not exist, go to next step.
  3. Measure voltage between MAF sensor harness connector terminals No. 3 (Blue/Purple wire) and No. 4 (Black/Green wire). If voltage is 5.5 volts or more, replace ECM and retest system. If voltage is less than 5.5 volts, system is okay.
