Bleeding Brake System

WARNING: Wash hands after handling brake fluid. If brake fluid gets into eyes, flush eyes with cold running water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If brake fluid is taken internally, drink water and induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
CAUTION: DO NOT allow brake fluid to contact painted surfaces. If brake fluid contacts painted surfaces, rinse with clean water immediately.

Ensure brake fluid reservoir is filled to maximum marking. Use Jaguar ITT Super DOT 4 fluid. Remove dust cap from left front brake caliper bleed valve. Connect a bleed pipe to bleed valve. Place other end of bleed pipe into a container. Apply pressure to brake pedal. Open left front bleed valve at caliper. Slowly and fully depress brake pedal and hold. Close bleed valve. Release brake pedal. Wait 2 seconds for system to prime. Repeat procedure until fluid is free of air. DO NOT allow brake master cylinder reservoir to fall below minimum marking. Repeat procedure for other brake calipers. Brake bleeding sequence is LF, RF, LR, RR.
