DTC B1380-87: Steering Wheel Right Switch Pack - Missing message: Action
NOTE:
To validate the repair run the engine for at least 30 seconds and check the cruise switch, steering wheel menu switches, steering wheel infotainment switches and paddle shift (if fitted) switch pack function, then using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment check that this DTC is not logged within the body control module
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the steering wheel right switchpack power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance. Check harness for correct routing, damage, poor connection/backed out pins
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the LIN bus circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
