Window Regulator: Installation

  1. Install regulator inside door. Attach regulator to door using pop rivets or hardware kit supplied with new regulator. Install wire harness connector to regulator. Ensure spring washer is in place to maintain correct tension on stud nut. See Fig 3 .
  2. Install door glass, spring washer and stud nut. Tighten door glass stud nut to 48 INCH lbs. (6 N.m). To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
