Test Dr-32A - Intermittent Injector Control Circuit Fault

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  at end of article.
  1. Using DRB-II, erase fault codes. Start engine. Using DRB-II, select SECONDARY INDICATORS. Wiggle wiring harness from suspect fuel injector to engine controller. If fault indicator returns, repair harness where wiggling caused indicator to return. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-2  .
  2. If fault indicator does not return, visually inspect related harness connectors. Look for broken, bent, pushed-out, or corroded terminals. Visually inspect related harnesses. Look for chafed, pierced, or partially broken wires. Repair wiring and/or connectors as necessary. Test is complete. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-2  .
