Serial Communications Interface (SCI) Receive

SCI receive circuit is the serial data circuit that is used when diagnosing vehicle with Chrysler's Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB) scan tool. The PCM receives data from the scan tool through this SCI receive circuit.
