Test 5A - Key Pad Test Failure

Disconnect and reconnect scan tool from Data Link Connector (DLC). DO NOT  touch keypad. If scan tool does not display KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, return to appropriate diagnostic article. If scan tool displays KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, replace scan tool. Perform TEST VER-1 .
