Severe service is described as frequent short trip driving (less than 5 miles), frequent driving in dusty conditions, extensive idling, trailer towing, sustained high speed operation, off road driving, desert operation, cold climate operation and commercial service.

⁽³⁾	Replace coolant at 36 months, regardless of mileage, then replace every 24 months afterward.

⁽⁴⁾	Inspect and/or replace as necessary. On 2.5L and 4.0L (except Grand Cherokee), adjust tension if necessary.
