(1) Different interval may be required for normal and severe service. Severe service is described as frequent short trip driving (less than 5 miles), frequent driving in dusty conditions, extensive idling, trailer towing, sustained high speed operation, off road driving, desert operation, cold climate operation and commercial service.
(2) Monthly service interval does not apply.
(3) Change fluid, filter and adjust bands.
(4) Replace coolant at 60 months, regardless of mileage, then replace every 24 months afterward.
(5) Inspect and/or replace as necessary. On 2.5L, adjust tension if necessary.
(6) After 45,000 or 60,000 inspection, check every 15,000 miles afterward.
(7) Service intervals are not available from manufacturer. Check fluid level at every engine oil change.
