All Power Windows Inoperative

Possible Causes are:

Using the DRBIII(R), read the DOOR MODULE status. Is the DRBIII(R) able to access Both Door Modules? If no, diagnose and repair communication problem. See appropriate test in COMMUNICATION . Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST VER 1 under VERIFICATION TESTS. If yes, replace the Driver Door Module. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST VER 1 under VERIFICATION TESTS.
