Chime Inoperative

Possible Causes:

• Related Chime Systems
• Instrument Cluster

Testing

1. Turn the ignition on. With the DRBIII(R), actuate the Chime. Does the Chime operate? If yes, refer to CHIME under SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION for related symptoms. If no, replace the Instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS - LIBERTY article. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  .
