Transmission Control Module

Transmission Control Module (TCM) controls all electronic operations of transmission. TCM receives inputs from Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Body Control Module (BCM) to control operation of transmission. Based on inputs from these modules, TCM controls shift schedule and shift points in relation to current driving demands. If TCM is replaced, it must be programmed. See PROGRAMMING  .
