Throttle Body: Installation: 2.4L
- Check condition of throttle body-to-intake manifold o-ring. Replace as necessary.
- Clean mating surfaces of throttle body and intake manifold.
- Install throttle body-to-intake manifold o-ring.
- Install throttle body to intake manifold.
- Install 3 mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.) torque.
- Install control cables.
- Install electrical connectors.
- Install necessary vacuum lines.
- Install air cleaner duct at throttle body.
