Throttle Body: Installation: 3.7L

Check condition of throttle body-to-intake manifold O-ring (2). See Fig 1. Replace as necessary.
Clean mating surfaces of throttle body and intake manifold.
Install throttle body-to-intake manifold O-ring.
Install throttle body to intake manifold.

Install 3 mounting bolts (2). See Fig 2. Tighten bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.) torque.
Install control cables.
Install electrical connectors.
Install necessary vacuum lines.
Install air plenum.
