Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Installation

3.8L ENGINE










1. Apply sealant to ECT sensor threads (new replacement ECT sensors will have sealant already applied).
2. Install ECT sensor (1) into intake manifold. Tighten to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.) torque.
3. Connect electrical connector (2).
4. Fill cooling system. Cooling System.
5. Install air cleaner housing Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
