Sensor, Mass Airflow (MAF): Installation: Installation

1. Install the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor (2) to the air cleaner housing (1). Tighten nuts (3) to 6 N.m (53 in. lbs.).

2. Connect the turbocharger inlet tube (2) to the MAF sensor (4) and securely tighten clamp (1).
3. Connect the MAF sensor harness connector (3).
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
5. With the scan tool, navigate to Miscellaneous Functions and perform the MAF Sensor Replacement Initialization routine.
