1 - SPECIAL TOOL 6958 SPANNER WRENCH WITH ADAPTER PINS 8346

2 - FAN

Assemble fan blade (2) to viscous fan drive. Tighten mounting bolts to 23.7 N.m (210 in. lbs.) torque.
NOTE:
The viscous fan and fan shroud must be installed as an assembly.
Position fan drive assembly and fan shroud, thread the fan drive assembly onto the water pump pulley. Tighten nut using spanner wrench, tool (special tool #6958, Wrench, Spanner) and adapters (1), tool (special tool #8346, Pins, Adapter), to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).
Install the fan shroud to radiator mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs).
Install accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
