Heated Seat Module - Description

DESCRIPTION





The Heated Seat Module (HSM) (1) is a microprocessor that controls the flow of electrical current to the front seat heating elements. The HSM receives request signals over hard-wired circuits from the heated seat switches, located in the accessory switch pod.

The HSM is mounted to the instrument panel support, next to the radio. The HSM has an integral electrical connector (2) and is secured to the instrument panel support by a plastic alignment tab and push-pin retainer.
