Coolant Adapter Mounted

1 - ECT
2 - COOLANT ADAPTER
  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Partially drain cooling system below level of ECT Sensor (1). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Disconnect ECT Sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove ECT Sensor (1) By pressing the locking tab down and turning the sensor counterclockwise.
