Valve, Short Runner: Installation

NOTE:

Do not reuse the old Short Runner Valve (SRV) actuator O-ring seal (1).

Install a new SRV actuator rubber O-ring seal (1).

Install the SRV actuator (2). tighten bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the intake manifold. Refer to INSTALLATION for 3.6L, INSTALLATION for 5.7L, INSTALLATION for 6.4L.
Connect the negative battery cable.
