Tube, Water Inlet: Installation
- Install NEW O-ring seal onto the water tube elbow.
- Lubricate the O-ring seal with coolant and install elbow into the back side of the water pump housing.
- Install the mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).
- Install the oil cooler hose (4).
- Install the thermostat housing (4). Refer to THERMOSTAT, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
