Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the intermediate shaft to the vehicle.
  2. Slide the intermediate shaft coupler over steering gear input shaft.
  3. Slide the intermediate shaft coupler over steering column output shaft.
  4. Install two NEW  intermediate shaft coupler pinch bolts and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
