Installation - Power Distribution Z-Case Fuse Array

1. Position the Z-case fuse array to the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
2. Press the Z-case down into position until the tabs (3) snap around the outer edges of the array indicating the array is firmly seated.
3. Install and securely tighten the fastener (1) that secures the fuse array to the PDC case.
4. Connect all power feeds to their proper locations.
5. Secure the feeds to their posts (2) and securely tighten the fasteners.
6. Install the PDC cover into proper position on the PDC assembly.
7. Install the positive (B+) Power from the battery before touching the metal fasteners on the Z case fuses.
8. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
