When Monitored
This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Engine run time above 20 seconds
- engine coolant temperature at startup between -7°C (19.4°F) and 10°C (50°F).
- The difference between the Ambient Air temp and ECT temp at Start is equal to or less than 10° C (50° F)
- Vehicle speed is below two mph.
